This is an Adobe air app to load eyeOS without the browser and you can also switch to fullscreen easily.
Settings and fullscreen is on the taskbar icon right click menu.
eyeOS offers a much more efficient solution called Hybrid Desktop Virtualization: you virtualize only legacy apps and take control of the desktop through eyeOS.
